This program requires that you enable Java on your browser.

To do so, open Tools/Internet Options menu item, click on the security tab, and click the "Custom Level..." button. Scroll down to the "Microsoft VM" entry, and make sure the checkbox is not set to Disable Java. The High Safety option is recommended as an alternative.

After this is done, you must close all Internet Explorer windows and restart your browser. Java should now be enabled.
