CalcMaster® is an easy-to-use interactive PC-based program that links product design, mold cost, and injection molding parameters to generate a detailed cost analysis of a plastic injection-molded product.

CalcMaster® is the world's most comprehensive plastic injection molding software. The standard version of CalcMaster® allows you to quickly determine:

 CalcMaster® will save you time. With CalcMaster® it typically takes 20 minutes to estimate mold cost, generate molding parameters, estimate molded part cost, and create a quote that's ready to send to the customer.
 
 CalcMaster® is a knowledge-based computing engine that uses a point system based on the key factors that influence mold cost, cycle time, and part cost. Among the factors considered to generate mold cost are part geometry, tolerances, surface finish, runner system and gating, ejection, cooling, any mold mechanisms, and shop rate. Among the factors used to calculate part cost are mold construction, wall thickness, flow length, material type, material cost, and production quantity. Along the way, the software determines the optimal number of cavities, the injection pressure, and minimum press tonnage. The methodology used by CalcMaster® allows a person who is familiar with the terminology of plastic molding to calculate as accurately as an expert.
